Client Management

A critical characteristic of advisor-client cooperation is the agility and flexibility shown in the course of daily business. This leaves us with more time for client care. The 360 degree client management system is an integrated tool of the KOSMOS wealth management platform, which has been specially created to support and control daily operations in client management.

One goal – improving the daily work experience with your client.


Process for Opening New Clients

Physical documents, manually generated information, and information gathered in the prospecting phase of the client relationship are collected carefully, and then enriched by cross-departmental analysis and finally checked before being released. This is supported by our continuous, uninterrupted business processing capability. With the successful sign-off the complete information is pushed through to the backend system to be recorded on a process-driven basis.

The client loading process will not be completed before a fully automatic monitoring function verifies the completeness and accuracy of the data input, provided by the Quality Gate. At any time and/or condition the parameters of a single process can be aggregated, consolidated and compared with a predefined benchmark or with each other.


Contract and Form Center

This allows together with the Agile Process Engine for efficient front-to-back integrated and rule-based opening, thus furthering the development of the client relationship. Here, the complete workflow of the creation, authorization, publishing and archiving of all client-related forms is supported. The forwarding to the client and returns monitoring are done either via the electronic mailbox or by sending it to the post-printing line.


Relationship Browser

The graphical representation of the relationship model of one or more clients with each other or with the bank´s organizational structure appears in the Relationship Browser. It allows the comprehensive modeling and representation of the relationships between clients, family members, partners, institutions, associations and other information hubs, which have an impact on the client relationship.


Task and Appointment Management

The capture and management of documents, notes, tasks and appointments take place in a virtual office, a completely web-based environment. The integrity of inter-group exchange, authorization and archiving of the created documents is guaranteed by the personalized, branch-related document folder and controlled by the KOSMOS entitlement management.

The system automatically informs the advisor about upcoming events, requests, warnings within the investment policy monitoring, released liquidity, planned inflows/outflows as well as client-related reviews.
